My computer broke the day before my birthday, and after tinkering with it with some friends i reckon i can get it working again, but i've kinda gotten used to not playing my steam games. Of course the moment beta comes out everything will change, but at the moment i've been on the net with a spare laptop, watching some shows (Danger 5, it's good but i'm not sure about the second season. Firefly was very good,) on netflix, and catching up on my years-old 360 backlog.
Recently though i've been setting up a Traveller (like DnD but sci-fi, think Firefly) campaign. I've DM'd a few sessions here or there with ranging levels of success, but when i tried the same thing a few months back it flopped. Hard. That was mostly because i planned poorly, and when i started to get some planning done a few hours before the group rocked up one of them dropped by early with his PS3 and All Star Battle, and i couldn't very well not play it. Also out of that group, only one of them played tabletops regularly. Got some solid ground set up allready and this time i've got an experienced group, so things are looking up.
